Reinventing the Plan

 I am at a point in my life where I really need to reinvent how I live my life, so I've put together a plan to slowly and gradually make changes over the next year. 

The Plan: 

a step by step plan for improving my life

The Components:

Mental/Spiritual:

The stuff that centers me and gives me balance

Food:

The stuff I put into my body

Movement:

The way I use my body

Recreation:

The things I do for fun

Hygiene:

The ways I clean and maintain myself

Household:

The ways I maintain my house

The Process:

The plan will be broken up into a series of steps. Within each step will be criteria to be met before moving on to the next step. The criteria will be different for each component and I can advance in one component and not another. It is possible to be on a different step for each component.


Each day I will be posting to this blog as a means of accountability. Tomorrow I will share Step 1 of The Plan, and each day thereafter, I'll share my progress.
